Online Store Closing Periods

Due to Christmas and New Year season, we cannot guarantee orders to arrive before Ziggy's 2019 Australian Tour OR Christmas. Our online store will be closed between 23 December 2019 to 5 January 2020.

Due to the 2019 Australian Tour, our online store will be closed between 27 November 2019 - 10 December 2019Any orders placed between this period will be shipped from 10 December 2019.

Processing Times

Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 48 hours of order placement - excluding weekends and public holidays. Tracking information is available to specific shipping methods. Tracking Information for 'large letters' are not available. If tracking information is available for your selected shipping method, this information will be sent via email before 5pm on the same day it is shipped out.
