Ziggy Alberts ships worldwide.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are aimed to be shipped within 1-3 days of order placement - excluding weekends and (QLD) public holidays. Some specialty or pre-order items may take longer to ship; customers will be notified if so.
We are experiencing delays due to the higher volume of traffic on our website and the new distancing rules around COVID-19. We have had to minimise the amount of staff in our warehouse team so please allow a few extra days to have your order packed and shipped.
Tracking information is available to specific shipping methods. If tracking information is available for your selected shipping method, this information will be sent via email once dispatched on the same day it is shipped out.
Shipping Times & Tracking
All items will be delivered via Australia Post. If customers would like more information on the location of their items during shipping, it is their responsibility to follow up with Australia Post. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.

AUSTRALIA Shipping Information
All orders within Australia will be charged a flat rate price of $9.95. Express shipping option is available at $14.95.
Free standard shipping is available for orders over $99.95!
If you have not received your goods within 45 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact the team at email@example.com. Please contact us via the Contact Form on our web site if you have not received your goods within these time-frames.
REST OF WORLD Shipping Information
There have been major shipping delays for our international orders. Please contact us if you have not received your order within 60 days of ordering.
It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for your order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, we will not refund your purchase or replace the goods.
Order Does Not Arrive
Australia Post online tools can be used to track your parcel. We encourage customers to track parcels. Ziggy Alberts is not responsible for fault of delivery by Australia Post. Please let us know, however we are not able to refund in these circumstances.
Acceptance of Delivery
Customers are responsible for organising their own acceptance of items based on the delivery options they choose. Any re-delivery of parcels needs to be arranged and paid for by the customer. Please note that payable import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs to get an idea of any duties or taxes that may apply.
International Taxes & Custom Charges
International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges. All taxes and custom charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. Ziggy Alberts is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.
