I started writing poetry as a way to heal and celebrate the things I’ve been learning: through meditation, challenging times and joy.

This work is almost entirely separate from my lyrics, and it’s been some of my most personal.

2021 was a big year. Not only did we released the 'searching for freedom' album, I also released my debut poetry book called 'brainwaves'.
