COVID-19 UPDATE
During these uncertain times, the safety and wellbeing of our customers and our team is our number one priority.
We are still running business as usual and implemented elevated health standards in our pick & pack room, this includes increased hygiene practices and sanitation.
Due to reasons beyond our control, there have been some changes in shipping to particular countries, with further delays and/or cancellations. Please see a list of affected countries and regions here. If there are any issues with dispatching your order, our team will be in contact with you. We will endeavour to dispatch your orders within our timeframes, however please know any delays in shipping are completely out of our control. There have been large shipping delays for many of our international orders, please keep this in mind when placing your order as we will not be accepting refunds/returns due to this.
Destinations including the United States of America (USA) and New Zealand continue to face challenges with shipping. Late flight cancellations along with a 40% increase in volume to New Zealand have impacted Australia's Post ability to deliver parcels into New Zealand. Australia Post is making every effort to secure more capacity to New Zealand to meet this demand, however, your items may be sent via Air or Sea Freight depending on what we deem is the more reliable transport method.
